Factory Acts - Second Amendment album FLAC

Second Amendment (EP). Darkwave, Post-Punk, Electro, Synthpop. After wowing audiences and critics alike with their debut EP Thirst in 2014, Salford's underground, post-punk maestros return with their highly anticipated sophomore release Second Amendment. Powerful, haunting electronica awash with synth leads that swirl icily over driving basslines and looming electronic beats. Each of the four tracks is laced with Factory Acts' signature lyrical honesty, integrity and rawness - this is music with a message and deeply personal: "Our second 4-track EP has a fuller sound and more up-tempo beats but maintains the dark heart of the first

Factory Acts - Second Amendment (2017). Roborg - Abandoned Factory (2016).

The early Acts concentrated on regulating the hours of work and moral welfare of young children employed in cotton mills but were effectively unenforced until the Act of 1833 established a professional Factory Inspectorate. The regulation of working hours was then extended to women by an Act of 1844.

Our second 4-track EP has a fuller sound and more up-tempo beats but maintains the dark heart of the first. The songs speak of hope in an increasingly fractured world. Dancing out despair is the desire. Outside of the studio it's been a busy couple of years for Factory Acts. Release Date 2017-04-21

The 42nd amendment to Constitution of India, officially known as The Constitution (Forty-second amendment) Act, 1976, was enacted during the Emergency (25 June 1975 – 21 March 1977) by the Indian National Congress government headed by Indira Gandhi. Most provisions of the amendment came into effect on 3 January 1977, others were enforced from 1 February and Section 27 came into force on 1 April 1977.

Factory Acts was born following the accidental creation of a new sound, and a hastily written two song instrumental debut at the legendary Salford Lad's Club. After wowing audiences and critics alike with their debut EP Thirst in 2014, Salford's underground, postpunk maestros released their highly-anticipated follow-up, the Second Amendment EP, in April 2017 on Manchester’s alternative electronic label AnalogueTrash. Factory Acts have received repeated air play on BBC Introducing Manchester, Ireland's 2FM, Salford City Radio and numerous internet stations worldwide.
