I Want You is the fourteenth studio album by American soul singer and songwriter Marvin Gaye. It was released on March 16, 1976, by the Motown Records-subsidiary label Tamla. Gaye recorded the album during 1975 and 1976 at his studio Marvin's Room in Los Angeles and at Motown's Detroit-based Hitsville West studio. The album has often been noted by critics for producer Leon Ware's exotic, low-key production and the erotic, sexual themes in his and Gaye's songwriting.

Marvin Gaye’s 1972 lost album, You’re the Man, will finally be released March 29th, just days before what would’ve been the musician’s 80th birthday, April 2nd. You’re the Man was supposed to be the follow-up to Gaye’s 1971 classic, What’s Going On. Gaye recorded the tracks for the would-be record in Detroit and Los Angeles during a particularly prolific period, but none of them – save the titular single – were released at the time. Side 3 1. My Last Chance (Salaam Remi mix) 2. Symphony (Salaam Remi mix) 3. I’d Give My Life For You (Salaam Remi mix) 4. Woman of the World 5. Christmas In the City (instrumental). Side 4 1. You’re The Man (version 2″ 2. I Want to Come Home For Christmas 3. I’m Going Home (Move) 4. Checking Out (Double Clutch). In This Article: Marvin Gaye. Want more Rolling Stone?

Marvin, more fully known as Marvin the Paranoid Android, is an incredibly brilliant but overwhelmingly depressed robot manufactured by the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation and unwilling servant to the crew of the Heart of Gold though it was beautifully constructed and polished it looked somehow as if the various parts of its more or less humanoid body didn't quite fit properly.

you don't honor what you said, you lie to God. The words should be changed. Memories haunt you all the time I will never leave your mind Got judgment on your side; You've said bad things and you've lied. Still I remember some of the good things, baby Like love after dark and picnics in parks Those are the days I'll not forget in my life.
