Death In Vegas - Back To Mine album FLAC

Death in Vegas' sixth studio album was released on 27 May 2016 on Fearless' "Drone" record label, featuring vocals by writer and sex symbol Sasha Grey. The former Throbbing Gristle members Chris & Cosey remixed Consequences of love-a Transmission song performed and composed by Grey and Fearless-and in 2017 Michael Mayer adapted the Chris & Cosey remix in his DJ-Kicks album. Vice described Transmission as an "EBM-inspired romp through the darker edges of the sleazier clubs in the nightlife spectrum". Back to Mine Vol. 16 (January 2004) as part of the Back to Mine series. Milk It: The Best of Death in Vegas (February 2005). The Best of Death in Vegas (October 2007).

Back to Mine is a series of mix albums, usually mixed by renowned DJs or composers of electronic music. The compilations usually feature artists other than the artist compiling the album, and are based on what the artist would play at home after a night out, rather than as part of a nightclub session. The first volume was released in February 1999 by DJ Nick Warren. Since volume seven, the albums have borne the subtitle "a personal collection for after-hours grooving".

What others are saying. Death In Vegas - Back To Mine. Album Art. What others are saying. Album cover art is often considered to be one of the "extincted" fields in modern graphics design. That's a pity because album covers can be extremely expressive and convey the message of the album in a number of creative ways. This post attempts to prove exactly that.

Death in Vegas is a company incorporated in London, Great Britain 1994 British band whose sound elements of pop, psychedelic rock, big beat and dub included. Death in Vegas was founded in 1994 by Richard Fearless and Steve Helier under the name of Dead Elvis and shortly thereafter received a recording contract with Concrete Records. Once they had established their own record label Drone Records, was released, according to an article for the remix series Back to Mine, their fourth album Satan 's Circus. In contrast to the previous two albums were here before any guest vocalists; the music had now again a much more electronic impact, reminiscent in part to the power plant.

Reviews about Death In Vegas - Back To Mine (2):

There is less contemporary music on this than most albums in this sort of genre - Back to Mine, Another Late Night, Late Night Tales etc - the mood changes rapidly, so many genres are covered and yet it works so well. It starts off with the excellent Dub Reggae production of The Upsetters before hitting the grungy Synth pop of Fad Gadget. Gene Clark gives us our first true taste of psychedelia, Nina takes us to a revival meeting, Songs:Ohia is truly touching and sublime, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band give us a country feel and this is continued in part with the Folk Rock of Dillard and Clark. Sam Gopal has a similar feel with a little more psychedelic sentiment and Bo Diddley takes the psychedelic theme and picks up the pace with Elephant Man...Hit the brakes...Cowboy Junkies offer an excellent cover of Lou reed's Sweet Jane and the rolling bass of the Au Pairs headache for Michelle has a similar feel. Piero Piccioni's Psychedelic Mood leads into Joy Division's typically bleak Divisions which sets up the finale, the most modern tune on the album, sounds like it's straight out of a warehouse rave, Donna...it's a bit of a trip
