Philly's Most Wanted was an American hip hop duo composed of Al "Boo-Bonic" Holly and Joel "Mr. Man" Witherspoon. The duo broke into the music business as affiliates of production duo, The Neptunes. The latter song peaked at on the Billboard Hot 100 and 3 on the Billboard Hot Rap Singles

Philly's Most Wanted's second album proves that no particular assistance, whether from a production standpoint or through guest MC appearances, can vault the duo above the line of mediocrity. Since their Neptunes-produced debut, 2001's Get Down or Lay Down, neither Mr. Man nor Boo-Bonic have made significant strides as MCs - their words leave nothing to hang on, and their low-wattage deliveries all but refuse to maintain your attention
