Fugees - The Score album FLAC

The Score is the second and final studio album by the hip hop trio Fugees, released worldwide February 13, 1996 on Columbia Records. The album features a wide range of samples and instrumentation, with many aspects of alternative hip hop that would come to dominate the hip hop music scene in the mid-late 1990s.

The Score (Album Version). Featuring Diamond D. Produced by Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill, Pras & 1 more. The Score (Album Version) Lyrics. Soldiers, left and right, left and right, left and right, left and right, left and right, left and right, left left left left. Look into the rhyme Rum to the ripple Single But at times I come in triple Blaow, blaow put the heater to your head.

The Score's eclecticism, social consciousness, and pop smarts drew millions of latent hip-hop listeners back into the fold, showing just how much the music had grown up. It not only catapulted the Fugees into stardom, but also launched the productive solo careers of Wyclef Jean and Lauryn Hill, the latter of whom already ranks as one of the top female MCs of all time based on her work here.

13, 1996), The Score was a rap album for everyone. Recorded almost entirely in New Jersey’s Booga Basement studio, located in Fugees musical mastermind Wyclef Jean’s uncle’s home, the LP comes packed with hard-ass battle raps, nerdy pop-culture references, political rants, spiritual musings, outlaw fantasies, and much more. There’s real instrumentation for the rock fans, a fairly obvious Bob Marley cover for stoners and college kids, and enough soulful vocals from figurehead Lauryn Hill to court middle-aged listeners still on the fence about hip-hop.

There you have it: the first hip-hop album i ever heard. 8 years go by. Even before my passion for Outkast, i remember my mother owning this CD, and it was the only hip-hop LP she ever liked. After giving it a few listens, i immediatly fell in love with Ms. Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michael's work. This album will always be a part of me. Their perspective on world issues and society is remarkable. Or consider a donation? #9.

The Score is the studio/Mixtape Album by artist/Rapper/DJ Fugees, and Album has highlight a Rap sound. It was released/out on 1996 in English dialect, by some Music Recording Company, as the follow-up to last studio/Mixtape Album. The Album features coordinated efforts with makers, producers and guest artists and is noted for Fugees experimentation with new melodic types. The Score was generally welcomed by critics and was designated/won distinctive awards
