Humans 'Noontide' (album stream). Published Feb 24, 2015. Noontide is Humans' most polished work to date, delivering glossy synths, eerie percussive breakdowns and vocals that range from party-starting to lullabye-esque, courtesy of Slade. A press release describes the new album as "a showcase of their innovative mix of heavy electronics with modern pop sensibilities," consciously making an effort to build on the pair's "restless aesthetic experimentation. You'll be able to experience that raw energy at the band's upcoming live shows, which you can find listed below.

Reviews about Atlas - Noontide (3):
25 years after the release is gone and still sounds beautiful... Again and again.
This is a rare and deep progressive house record that still sounds beautiful and impresses people today. Aimed a bit more at the head than the dancefloor, its lush, dense production combines a huge dub bassline with a secondary housey bassline, tons of hi-hats, house percussion and hints of early trance in the keyboards and reverb effects. Sung vocal samples lifted from an unknown source get right to the point, being just the words "more", "together", and scat, all masterfully edited. All four mixes are good, though not very different from one another. The Pacific Mix is my secret weapon -- it's a perfect soundtrack for escapist daydreaming in the car, or for dropping into an end-of-the-night DJ set among friends -- top-notch, and one of my all-time favorite pieces of music.
How is the pressing sounding? I have some vinyl rip on my computer, and my favorite mix (Pacific Mix) is sounding extremely fucking shit, haha. How is your copy sounding?
