Rockhaus' first major album Sweets And Chocolates was released on Amiga in 1983. According to musicologist Michael Rauhut the album included the first German hip-hop song Disco In The Underground. This album was followed in 1985 by All Clear? and 1988's ILD. Also in 1988 Rockhaus was selected as the band of the year in the GDR. In 1998 the band disbanded due to internal problems. Rockhaus reformed in 2005 and began touring
